Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and digital software products offered by Lau & Co LLC ("Lau & Co," "we," "us," or "our"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company (collectively, "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

Use of the Services

Accounts

Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain Services may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms. Payment terms, billing, and refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable platform and any additional terms presented at the point of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, design, code, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Lau & Co or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lau & Co and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services, us, or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
